How to keep pussys from tearing up my couch?

I’ve got a big fat pussy……..cat and he loves to claw the damn couch ends. He has a scratching post but prefers to claw something nicer.

How do I stop this fat fawker from clawing the damn furniture? :homer: (other than kicking him in the nuts)
